Ingredients
2
lb
strawberries
rinsed and cut in halves
2
lb
blueberries
rinsed
1
angelfood cake
prepared and tore into bite size pieces
1
coolwhip tub
optional
Instructions
In a glass bowl layer the angelfood cake and fruit.
Place coolwhip on top, if desired.
Keep in fridge until ready to eat or travel with.
Notes
You can make this a day ahead and it will keep well in fridge, just don't add the coolwhip until you are ready to eat it.
