Ingredients

8 oz.
package Philadelphia cream cheese
1
cup
shredded Kraft cheddar cheese
you can also use Pepper Jack Cheese
2
tsp
McCormick Perfect Pinch
Garlic and Herb (salt free) Seasoning
8
whole
sweet mini peppers
cut in half and de-seeded
Instructions
Soften cream cheese
Wash and de-seed peppers and cut in half (lengthwise)
Combine shredded cheese with cream cheese and smooth together. Add 2 tsp seasoning
Stuff mini peppers with cream cheese mixture
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
The peppers will still be crispy to the bite.
