Ingredients

lb
Johnsonville Italian Sausage Brats
1
whole
large green pepper
sliced
1
whole
medium onion
sliced
2
cups
diced tomatoes
2
tsp
onion powder
2
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients in freezer bag, mix well and freeze until ready to use.
When ready to cook, thaw overnight in fridge.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 6 hours.
Serve on warm hot dog buns or with a salad.
