Ingredients
4-6wholeBoneless Chicken Breasts or Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/4cupfresh lemon juiceI like Santa Cruz Organic
1/2cupolive oil
2cupsfresh butternut squashcubed
2cupsfresh green beans
1/4tsp.salt/pepper - optional
2wholefresh garlic clovescrushed and minced
2TBSPDried Italian Seasoning or McCormick Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1cupchicken broth
Instructions
Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken breasts.
Combine all ingredients into a freezer safe bag except chicken broth
Freeze.
When ready to prepare thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
