Place all ingredients except cheese, milk and flour in a freezer bag, mix well, freeze until ready to prepare.
When ready to prepare place in the refrigerator until completely thawed.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
30 minutes prior to serving, whisk 1/4 cup flour (gluten free or regular) and 1 cup milk until no lumps remain and stir into the soup.
Add cheese and stir again.
Cover and cook until soup is thickened, about 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

This is a delicious soup recipe that the whole family will love. I prepare it with gluten free flour (Bob's Red Mill) but you can prepare it with whatever type of flour that you like.
