This is my Granny's meatloaf. She made it all of the time for us growing up. It is pure comfort food.

1 loaf pan
Ingredients
1 1 /2poundsground beef
1tsp. salt
1/4 tspblack pepper
1smallchopped onion
1/2cantomato sauce
1 cupbread crumbs
Sauce
1/2can tomato sauce
1/2cupwater
2TBSPbrown sugar
2TBSPvinegar
Instructions
Mix the meatloaf together well in a bowl with your hands.
Place into a lightly greased loaf pan.
Bake on 350 for 30 minutes and drain fat.
Mix sauce and pour over meatloaf and cook for 15 more minutes or until done in the center.
Notes
My granny always served this with mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls. This was a traditional Sunday dinner at her house have church. I like to serve with some ketchup.
