Ingredients
1lbground turkey
1cupqueso
1packettaco seasoning
4TBSPguacamole
18 ozpackage mini sweet peppers
1stemgreen onion
4TBSPsour cream
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Brown Ground Turkey
Add Taco Seasoning Packet and follow directions
While ground turkey is cooking bring water to boiling and add peppers to blanch (2-3 minutes)
Place a layer of peppers on a plate
Add seasoned turkey
Add queso, shredded cheddar, guacamole and sour cream
