Fresh Chicken Tenders

All-Purpose Flour

Whole Eggs, Beaten
Salt
(to taste)

Cap'n Crunch Cereal
Vegetable Oil, for frying
Instructions
Place flour in a shallow bowl and add salt and pepper.
Place 2 eggs in a second shallow bowl, beaten.
Crush the cereal in a third bowl, leaving a few larger chunks.
Dip Chicken Strips in the flour, then the egg, and then the cereal.
Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken strips in batches until golden brown, 5-7 minutes, turning so they do not burn.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
Ketchup or Honey Mustard for serving!
