This zero point Weight Watchers Bolognese Sauce is going to become a family favorite. It comes together in under a half hour and is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
1lb99% fat-free ground turkey breast
1wholeonion, diced fine
3stalks celery, diced fine
3wholecarrots, diced fine
4clovesgarlic, minced
20oz can diced tomatoes
2cupsfat-free beef broth
1/4tspfennel seed
1/8tspred pepper flakes
1/2tspblack pepper
1/4cupfresh basil, chopped
1/2tspsalt (to taste)
Nonstick spray (as needed)
Instructions
In a large nonstick skillet, over medium heat saute onions, celery, carrots, and garlic until vegetables are tender. Use nonstick cooking spray as needed to prevent burning/sticking. Add ground turkey breast to the mixture and cook until no longer pink, mixing regularly.Add in fennel, red pepper flakes, black pepper, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Mix well and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.Mix in fresh basil and salt to taste.Continue cooking for additional 5-10 minutes or until flavors have melded together well.Serve over favorite pasta.Makes 8 servingsApproximately 1 cup sauce per servingZero Points on the Weight Watchers FreeStyle Plan
