Ingredients
2poundbag O'Brien Shredded Hashbrowns
8ouncessour cream
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1cancream of chicken soup
1sticksalted butter, melted (we reduce to 1/2 stick)
1/4tsp.onion powder
1/4 tsp.garlic powder
Instructions
Butter a 9x13x2 baking dish.
Mix ingredients and place in a 9x13x2 prepared baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
This is a recipe that my mom made all of the time for us growing up. You can use gluten free cream of chicken soup (I like Pacific brand) and I normally reduce the butter to 1/2 stick.
