Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole
This gluten free breakfast casserole is AMAZING! My guests never realize it is gluten free until I take a bite!

Ingredients
1/2
loaf
gluten free bread
1
package
sausage cooked with grease drained
12
large
eggs
1
cup
milk, whole
2
cups
Colby jack shredded cheese
1/4
tsp
pepper
1/8
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
Grease pan with butter.
Place gluten free bread in the bottom of the pan (butter the bread - optional)
Beat (whisk) eggs and add milk, salt and pepper and garlic.
Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread
Add cheese.
Pour egg mixture over.
Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until set.
Notes
Use your choice of ham or sausage in this recipe. You can also use gluten free or regular bread.
