Ingredients

cup
water
1
cup
apple juice
freshly juiced or unsweetened natural
1/2
cup
carrot juice
I juiced my own
1
green apple
I prefer an organic granny smith
1
avocado sliced
1
thumb sized piece of fresh ginger root
you can use powdered if necessary
1
cup
of blueberries
frozen
Instructions
Blend liquid and greens well.
Add apple, avocado, ginger and blend.
Add frozen blueberries and blend.
Add 4 drops lemon oil or lemon rind and blend.
