Ingredients
Cucumber
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
freshly squeezed
Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Slice cucumbers and marinade in olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. I let mine soak for 30 minutes but you can make and marinade overnight too!
The oil and lemon juice should just be enough to cover the cucumbers and it will soak in.
Sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper.
