2tablespoonspeanut butteror you can use almond butter
1 1/2cupcoconut milk
1/4cupice cold water
1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4cupice cubesabout a handful
1/2tablespoonhoneyoptional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
If you prefer your smoothie thick then the 1/4 cup ice cold water should be fine, but if you prefer it a little more smoother then add an additional 1/4 cup and blend.
