Ingredients

quick cooking oats

brown sugar

cup
milk

oil

eggs

tsp
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

vanilla

teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice

cup
canned pumpkin
3/4
cup
chocolate chips
1/2
cup
walnuts
Instructions
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except for chocolate chips and walnuts.
After combined stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Drop by the spoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet
Remove from pan to cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container.
