Ingredients

All Purpose Flour

Splenda Sugar Substitute

Light Brown Sugar

Baking Soda

Ground Cloves

Ground Ginger

Carton Nonfat Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Unsweetened Applesauce

Egg White

Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract

Finely Diced Granny Smith Apples
½
Cup
Chopped Black Walnuts
Instructions
In large bowl sift together all dry ingredients.
In separate bowl mix together yogurt, applesauce, egg white and vanilla extract.
Slowly fold in dry ingredients until everything is just moistened.
Lastly add in diced apples and nuts if desired.
Pour ½ cup batter into pre-lined or pre-sprayed muffin tin.
Bake at 375 degrees for 17-20 minutes or until risen, golden brown on top and cooked through.
This batch of muffins makes 12 muffins that weigh in at only 3 points per muffin.
