Low Fat Old Fashioned Cornbread
Low Fat Old Fashioned Cornbread is so moist and delicious. The perfect addition to any dinner.

Yellow Cornmeal
All Purpose

Teaspoon
Baking Soda

Cup
All Purpose Flour

Creamed Corn
½
Cup
Fat Free Sour Cream

Egg Whites

Teaspoon
Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until thick batter forms.
Pour into pre-sprayed 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 20 servings at 1 ½ Weight Watchers Points Each.
