Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken is a delicious low carb recipe. I was skeptical at first because I am not a huge fan of balsamic vinegar, and neither is my hubby.

Ingredients
1tspgarlic powder
1tspdried basil
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
2tspdried minced onion
4wholegarlic cloves, minced
1Tbspextra virgin olive oil
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
8wholeboneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
Combine the dry ingredients together and rub them on the chicken.
In the bottom of your slow cooker place the olive oil and garlic.
Put in your chicken next and pour balsamic vinegar over everything.
