Ingredients
1
cup
TruMoo Chocolate milk
1
whole
ripe banana
peeled and cut into chunks (we prefer it frozen)
2
tablespoons
low-fat peanut butter or other nut butter
2
tablespoons
strawberry or grape jelly
Instructions
In blender, combine TruMoo Chocolate milk, banana chunks, peanut butter and jelly.
Blend until smooth and frothy, and serve.
*For a colder and thicker smoothie, freeze banana chunks day ahead.
*If you have a nut allergy, omit peanut butter or use any other nut butter (almond, sunflower)
