Ingredients
1PoundBoneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1TablespoonCumin
1TeaspoonGarlic Powder
1TeaspoonOnion Powder
1TeaspoonChili Powder
1wholeJuice of 1 Lime
1/2smalloniondiced
1/2wholegreen pepperdiced
1/2CupWhite Wineuse FitVine if eating low carb (can sub apple juice)
1headSmall Bib Lettuceor personal preferred lettuce
Instructions
Add all ingredients to Crockpot except for lettuce
Cook on medium heat 4-5 hours
Shred chicken with forks and serve in lettuce cups
May use optional cheese, tomatoes, salsa, avocado, etc. to garnish
