Ingredients
1
turkey breast
thawed or fresh (5-7 lb)

Tbsp
butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
optional
Instructions
Wash turkey breast and pat dry; place in crockpot.
Cut butter into slices and place on top of turkey breast.
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Put lid on and cook on low 9-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Carefully remove turkey to a platter and let rest 10 minutes before carving.
Serve and enjoy!
