Ingredients
Trader Joes Plantain Chips
Black Olives
sliced

lb
ground beef
Avocado
Yais Thai Salsa
Primal Palate BBQ Rub
Instructions
Brown Ground Beef and remove fat
Add 1 TBSP Primal Palate BBQ Rub and 2 TBSP water
Stir and mix in seasoning well.
Arrange plantain chips on a plate and add seasoned beef.
Add black olives, salsa and avocado
