Ingredients
2
lb
beef round steak (eye, bottom or round), sliced against the grain
1
cans
crushed tomatoes
1
whole
green pepper, sliced
1/4
cup
soy sauce (use gluten free if making gluten free)
1
tsp
sugar
1/2
whole
onion, sliced
1
clove
minced garlic
1
dash
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
Place all ingredients in bag and seal.
Place in freezer.
To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
Dump the ingredients from the bag into the slow cooker.
Place lid on.
Cook on low 5-6 hours.
Serve and enjoy!

This recipe is naturally gluten free when you use gluten free soy sauce.
