We are sharing our Crockpot Weekly Menu Plan with you.  It’s Heart Healthy Week here at Stockpiling Moms in honor of February being Heart Health Month! Melissa is a Heart Warrior and we love that she eats healthy each and everyday to keep her heart working to it’s best!

Heart Healthy Crockpot Weekly Menu Plan

Enjoy our menu planning ideas.  We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”.  It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired).

We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.

Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday – Clean Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe, Baked Sweet Potatoes and for dessert Dark Chocolate Cookies

Tuesday Crockpot Chicken Enchilada Soup served with sour cream and lime wedges

Wednesday – Crockpot Pineapple Ham, Roasted Cauliflower and Low Fat Old Fashioned Cornbread 

Thursday – Crockpot Chicken with Apple and Sweet Potato served with Roasted Broccoli

Friday – Crockpot Homemade Vegetable Soup (omit beef in recipe for Lent if needed) served with crackers

Saturday – Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken, Green Beans, Sauteed Corn and Zucchini and rolls

Sunday – Crockpot Honey Pork and Apples, Roasted Asparagus and for dessert Lemon Crinkle Cookies
